Electronic Statements & Auto Bill Pay
It’s a new year and maybe a new you! A common new year’s resolution is to become more organized and less cluttered. Let Rainbow Communications help you achieve that resolution by enrolling your account in electronic statements and auto bill pay!
Customers can elect to receive their Rainbow Communications bill via email each month. The emailed bill is still delivered at the same time as when your paper bill would have been delivered.
Registration for electronic statements is quite simple. All you need is your latest Rainbow Communications paper bill invoice number and the total amount due. To get started, visit the link below and click, “Don’t have an account? Register here”.
Customers can also elect to do automatic payment for their Rainbow Communications monthly bill. Your Rainbow Communications bill will be deducted from your selected form of payment on the tenth of each month. (If the tenth falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment will be deducted on Monday.) You may select to have your bill paid with your bank account or a credit card.
There are two ways to enroll in automatic payment:
- Stop in any Rainbow Communications office with your selected form of payment information and fill out the automatic payment form.
- Mail in the completed form located on the back of your Rainbow Communications bill along with a voided check or your credit card info.
