After an electrical outage, the equipment will need time to come back on. If your equipment does not power up following an outage:
- Make sure that the equipment is securely plugged in to both the modem and the electrical outlet.
- Power cycle your equipment by unplugging it from the electrical outlet, waiting for 15 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- If it still doesn’t appear to work, contact a customer service representative for further assistance.
