We have been made aware that some of our customers have received an email that has Rainbow Communications as the sender name. This email is not from Rainbow. Please do not click on the links or reply with your username and password.

Here are a few ways to see if the email is from us vs a scam:

1. Any email from Rainbow will have the sender email address ending in @rainbowtel.com or @rainbowtel.net.
2. We will never email customers asking you to reply with account information. We would ask you to call in to do it over the phone so we can verify CPNI information.
