Planned Network Maintenance – April 9, 2025
Scheduled Maintenance Window for Cable Internet & Phone Customers in Elwood, Highland, Troy, and Wathena.
Rainbow will be performing critical network maintenance beginning at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. This work involves the relocation of a section of our mainline network cable and is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve service reliability.
What to Expect:
Service Impact: Customers on our cable internet and phone network in Elwood, Highland, Troy, and Wathena may experience intermittent service outages.
Estimated Duration: Up to 6 hours.
Start Time: 11:59 PM (Wednesday night).
Rain Date: If weather conditions prevent work on April 9, the maintenance will be rescheduled for Thursday, April 10 at 11:59 PM.
Please Note: This maintenance will not affect Rainbow fiber customers in these towns.
