CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

Eligibility: Entrants must be a legal US residents of Kansas and reside in the Rainbow Communications service area within Brown County (Kansas), Atchison County (Kansas), Nemaha County (Kansas), Jackson County (Kansas), or Doniphan County (Kansas).  Entrants must reside at the address that was used to enter the contest initially. Prizes are non-transferable.   Only one entry per household is allowed during the entire promotional period which starts March 1, 2016 8:00am CT and ends May 31, 2016 at 11:59pm CT. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or above and have a valid email address at time of entry.  Employees of Rainbow Communications and members of the immediate families of such persons including but not limited to spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren and any other person residing at the same household whether or not related, are not eligible to participate and win. 

Sweepstakes Period:  The sweepstakes begins on or about Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 8:00 am CT and ends at 5:00 pm CT on May 31, 2016.

Sweepstakes Entry: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes which begins on or about Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 8:00 am CT and ends at 5:00 pm CT on May 31, 2016:

1. To enter with a purchase: Customers who sign up for 15 Mbps Internet service (or higher) and participate in the requirements set forth in the Rainbow Communications’ Internet promotion during March 1, 2016 through May 31, 2016 will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Qualifying Internet service orders must be completed by the end of the processing day on May 31, 2016 to be included in the Sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. To enter without a purchase:

• Send a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, address, phone number and valid email address to:

Mail‐in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2016. Only one mail‐in postcard entry will be accepted per account during promotional period (3/1/16 – 5/31/16).  In the event that an entry is made through a qualifying purchase, mail-in postcard entry will be disqualified.  Entry must be received by 5:00 pm CT on May 31, 2015. 

• Enter at rainbowtel.net/grandslam and accurately complete the official entry form.Entries must be received by schedule indicated in the Drawing period indicated below.

All received entries become the property of Rainbow Communications and will not be returned.  Only one entry is allowed per household during promotional period (3/1/16 – 5/31/16).  Multiple entries or incomplete mail-in entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Winner Selection & Prizes:  Sweepstakes consists of 11 periodic sweepstakes periods and a Grand Prize drawing.  Winners will be selected through the use of random.org and a combined list of all eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing Period.  To be eligible for a Drawing Period, entries must be received by the end date of that Sweepstakes Period as indicated in the detailed schedule listed below.   To be eligible for the final, Grand Prize Drawing, entries must be received by 5:00 pm CT on May 31, 2016.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Drawing Period.   Drawings will occur on or about each scheduled drawing time as detailed below by an authorized Rainbow representative, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Limit one (1) prize per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are non- transferrable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash value.

Weekly Drawing Prizes:  Twenty-four “Weekly Drawing Prizes” will be awarded based on drawing amount indicated in the provided drawing schedule and detailed below. Total approximate retail value for Weekly Drawing Prizes is $3,487.40. Weekly Drawing Prizes are non- transferrable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash value.   Description of Weekly Drawings Prizes and approximate retail value for Weekly Drawing Prizes are as follows:

• Weekly Drawing 1: Six (6) drawings each consisting of $50.00 in local chamber gift certificates.  Certificates will be purchased from the chamber of commerce in Hiawatha (Kansas), Horton (Kansas), Seneca (Kansas), Sabetha (Kansas), or Doniphan County (Kansas).  Location of Chamber certificate awarded will be based on winner’s address used to enter the sweepstakes. Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $50.00 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $300.00.

• Weekly Drawing 2: Three (3) drawings each consisting of Kindle Fire, Bose Speakers and a $10 Google Play Card.  Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $88.64 and the Weekly Drawing has a combined total value of $265.92.

• Weekly Drawing 3:  Two (2) drawings each consisting of four (4) tickets to Kansas City Royals June 24, 2016 baseball game. Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $137.00 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $274.00.

• Weekly Drawing 4: Two (2) drawings each consisting of a Roku 3, $30.00 Netflix Gift Card and three (3) months’ worth of free Rainbow MyTV service.  Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $148.65 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $297.70.

• Weekly Drawing 5:  Two (2) drawings each consisting of four (4) tickets to Kansas City Royals June 24, 2016 baseball game. Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $137.00 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $274.00.

• Weekly Drawing 6: Two (2) drawings each consisting of a Roku 3, $30.00 Netflix Gift Card and three (3) months’ worth of free Rainbow MyTV service.  Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $148.65 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $297.70.

• Weekly Drawing 7:  Two (2) drawings each consisting of four (4) tickets to Kansas City Royals June 24, 2016 baseball game. Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $137.00 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $274.00.

• Weekly Drawing 8:  Two (2) drawings each consisting of four (4) tickets to Kansas City Royals June 24, 2016 baseball game. Each drawing has an approximate retail value of $137.00 and the weekly drawing has a combined total value of $274.00.

• Weekly Drawing 9: One (1) drawing consisting of an iPad Mini 2.  The drawing has an approximate retail value of $284.30.

• Weekly Drawing 10: One (1) drawing consisting of an iPad Mini 2.  The drawing has an approximate retail value of $284.30.

• Weekly Drawing 11: One (1) drawing consisting of a 40” Roku Smart TV and three months’ worth of free Rainbow MyTV service. The drawing has an approximate retail value of $375.80.

• Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) drawing consisting of Rainbow Internet Service free for 12 months.  Winner must be an established Rainbow Internet subscriber prior to the drawing on June 6, 2016.  Customer will receive a credit for the amount of current Internet service and will exclude any additional services, taxes and applicable fees associated with the Internet service or additional services.  After the drawing has been awarded, winner may increase the speed of their existing Internet service but will not receive additional credit for the added service.  Twelve (12) month credit will begin after fulfillment of any previous promotional offer that the winner may currently be receiving.  Prize is non-transferrable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash value.

Winner Notification:  An authorized representative from Rainbow Communications will attempt to notify the sweepstakes winners by the email and/or phone number provided during registration.  If the winner is unreachable or fails to respond within three (3) days another winner will be selected from among eligible entrants.  All winnings become official only after winner has been verified and deemed eligible to receive the indicated prize.   Rainbow Communications reserve the right to now award a prize due to ineligibility or verification failure. By accepting the prize, entrant agrees to allow Rainbow Communications to use the entrant’s name, hometown location and photograph for publicity purposes.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes sponsor is Rainbow Communications, PO Box 147, 608 Main Street, Everest, Kansas 66424.  Request for copies of official rules and/or list of winners can be sent along with a self-addressed stamped return envelope to Rainbow Communications, Attn: Marketing Department, 628 Oregon Street, Hiawatha, KS  66434 or appear in person at that location between normal business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT).  Complete list of winners will be available after June 13, 2016.

Other Conditions and Liability Limitations: Rainbow Communications reserves the right to cancel or modify any portion of this Sweepstake. Explanation of termination will be posted on the official Sweepstakes website at rainbowtel.net/grandslam.  Rainbow Communications reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason, at any time and without any limitations.  Rainbow Communications hold the sole authorization to administer the Sweepstakes and sole discretion to interpret the rules set forth herein.  Rainbow Communications cannot be held responsible for incorrect entry submissions, announcement of winner’s information or technical failure/malfunction of awarded prize. Furthermore, Rainbow Communications cannot be held responsible for any indirect, consequential or intentional damage or fee incurred by entrant after Sweepstake prize has been awarded.
